Justin currently resides in Kittery, ME with his wife, son, and beloved four-legged companion, Durango. As a seasoned yacht manager and captain for high net worth individuals, Justin was ready to transition into a land-based role. It was during this time that Salty was born. Drawing from his experience in rebuilding homes post-hurricane Irma in the US Virgin Islands, as well as managing private residences and his maritime background. Throughout his career, Justin has consistently demonstrated outstanding organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, effective communication skills, and strong problem-solving aptitude. He prioritizes open lines of communication to ensure seamless coordination among all stakeholders involved. With such an extensive breadth of experience and skillset under his belt, Justin is well-prepared to apply his expertise across various professional settings.
